Welcome! We’re Aubrey and Julián, a couple from different backgrounds brought together by a shared love of coffee and storytelling.

Julián grew up in Colombia in a family of coffee farmers, where his dream of sharing his family’s coffee with the world first began. He later worked as a chef in New York and Washington, D.C. for over five years, where his passion for coffee deepened and ultimately led him to pursue a new path in the coffee world.

Aubrey studied at the New York Film Academy, where she developed her craft in filmmaking—together, we share a vision to open the eyes of coffee lovers to the reality of life on coffee farms, and to honor the care, dedication, and hard work behind every single cup.
