Fernando Salinas is a coffee farmer, bartender, and barista with an extensive international career in beverage development. He spent eight years working as a bartender on cruise ships, where he refined his palate and skills in drink creation.
Today, he works as a barista at Salinas Coffee Shop and as a coffee farmer at El Limón Coffee Farm, where he continuously improves farm processes through detailed coffee profiling. His work highlights the complex character of the farm’s varietals, expressing floral and fruity notes that evolve into sweet caramel and subtle spice nuances.
